Terms & Conditions

1/ We do not issue refunds for missed sessions.

2/ Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

3/ If more than one month of payments are outstanding then your son/daughter will be unable to participate in class until the balance is cleared.

4/ All students are to take part in our annual performance in June unless stated in writing by email before February 2019.

5/ DR Scotland reserve the right to remove anyone from our premises (without refund) who is found bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour toward students or staff.

6/ You must declare all medical conditions during booking procedures and keep us up to date should this change.

7/ DR Scotland or any of their staff are not responsible for loss or injury during the class.

8/ We respect the privacy of all our students and request that no electronic recording devices (ie mobile phone, ipod, tablet etc) are to be brought into our classes.

9/ *For our minis only*. All minis must be toilet trained before joining our dance school. For safe guarding reasons, we cannot help your little one go to the toilet. We will supervise and take them to the bathroom however they must enter the cubicle alone. A member of staff will always wait outside for safety.

10/ If your son/daughter decided to leave Dance republic, then this must be stated before the 1st of the month. No refunds will be issued for the month already paid for if the student were to leave half way through the month.
